I’m Jamie Kirk — a licensed psychotherapist, keynote speaker, author, and the proud founder of A New Beginning Mental Health & Wellness, a nonprofit committed to helping individuals and organizations heal through grief, find purpose, and build emotionally healthy lives.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve spoken to audiences across the country, delivering transformative keynotes and workshops that blend clinical expertise, real-life storytelling, and practical strategies that stick. My mission is simple: to help people and teams heal deeply, lead boldly, and live fully.

Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, I witnessed firsthand how trauma, grief, and systemic challenges can shape a person’s life. But I also discovered the power of resilience, purpose, and radical self-work. Now, I use my voice and platform to help others rise from the pain and reclaim their power.
